Occupational Health & Staff Wellbeing Research

NHS research doesn't just have to be about research for our patients!  Over the years we have also hosted a diverse portfolio of research looking to help improve the support and care offered to NHS staff within the Trust.

This area of research looks into important topics such as helping NHS staff manage the emotional costs and stresses of providing care, interventions to help improve staff safety, and reaching out to NHS staff to get a better understanding of risks and challenges they face.

We take great pride in being able to offer this important area of research to our colleagues as a way of offering something back for the hard and dedicated work they provide for our North Yorkshire community.
