For Researchers
All our research staff undertakes a thorough and robust induction and training package. Personal development and refresher training is encouraged and monitored through regular 1:1s and annual appraisals. Our workforce is always up to date with all mandatory and GCP training.
This is delivered by a rolling training package, delivered by local facilitators and online training sessions. The two key areas of training include Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Consent Training.
